Kempetro Engenharia opened its doors to collaborate with the training process and enrich the experiences of a group of students and professionals of Psychology graduated from the Faculty of Technology and Sciences (FTC). A team coordinated by our Human Resources Consultant, Norma Fontes, began, on Wednesday morning, 25th, to develop the Annual Training Plan for our employees.
“This is the first date. They came to know the company and have started work. The group will interview supervisors, who will indicate the training demand of their staff, ”explained Norma.
The plan is expected to be ready by the end of November.
