Kempetro, one of the largest industrial engineering companies in the country, and Montacon, specializing in the field of electrical engineering, are structuring a joint venture. The partnership aims at complementing the companies’ expertise, to work together in areas such as oil and gas, industrial maintenance, as well as industries of various segments.
“This complementation between the two companies aims at joint action in segments that present opportunities,” said Montacon’s director of business management, Manoel Franklin. The company, which has 380 employees, performs design, construction, assembly and maintenance services for overhead and underground electrical networks, medium voltage, substations, high voltage industrial distribution, installation of electrical equipment, energy efficiency, among others. It currently has contracts in several states.
Kempetro CEO Davi Azevedo highlights the synergies that will be created through the joint venture, which will enable better alignment with market trends. “There is a complementarity in the services of both companies,” he said. Kempetro, which is expected to reach 800 employees this year, operates throughout Brazil and Latin America, with over 20 years of experience in services in the segment, accumulating more than six million man-hours, as a result of its projects. large companies in various sectors.
