Kempetro Engenharia promoted, this last Wednesday (16), a meeting between all its managers. The objective was to align the information regarding the strategies that should be adopted for the consolidation of the company, by empowering managers from all areas. 26 directors and leaders from all areas of the company participated, such as Contract Management, Technology and Human Resources.
“Our goal is to empower managers, tell them their responsibilities, their goals, and give you all the information you need to manage. This meeting is a leveling that the board thinks is critical for leaders to be able to perform their duties efficiently, ”said Kempetro CEO Davi Azevedo, who led the event.
David presented the company’s figures in recent years and the key actions that have been taken to strengthen Kempetro in the market. He highlighted employee performance appraisal, satisfaction surveys and periodic customer meetings, structuring of the commercial area, integration activities between the different areas of the company, the creation of the communication plan and Kempetro’s participation in various corporate representative bodies such as FIEB, Sinaenco, CREA-BA and APL Proind-BA. “The presence in local and national bodies has given Kempetro fantastic networking,” said David.
Attributions – The CEO also listed the main duties of the manager and the expected results of his performance, emphasizing that the professional must be aligned with the company’s strategic guidelines in the search for better results. “Managers are not auxiliaries, they have autonomy and responsibility,” he said.
For contract manager Raimundo Santos, who works in Macaé (RJ), the meeting brought important information so that everyone can work better and together. “The contract manager takes care of the contract itself, the client, the people. But for this to happen, it is necessary that other corporate areas can play their role and we direct the demands so that, by consensus, we can make the right decisions, ”he said.
On the other hand, César Ulhein, contract manager, said that the meeting was the first step to consolidate the managers’ performance: “I really enjoyed it. For the empowerment of managers, it is fundamentally necessary to share information. Let’s hope that the coming months will show that this sharing will contribute to empowerment. ”
