In a meeting with a select group of representatives of Brazilian companies, executives from the Chinese company Sinopec – one of the largest in the world energy sector and leader in the petrochemical segment – presented their international business platform, epec.com. Kempetro Engenharia was one of the guests, being represented by the Commercial Director, Hélvio Mesquita, and by the Business and Marketing developer, Vinicius Castrioto. The meeting took place at the company’s headquarters in Brazil, in the Botafogo neighborhood of Rio de Janeiro.
The global platform provides large-scale supply from the industrial area, opening up in a number of emerging markets. It aggregates supply solutions in a global chain of industrial activity. According to Mesquita, together with other select companies in the market, Kempetro will register its participation in the Platform, in order to receive consultations in service rendering from multinationals that are contributing to future projects in the country.
“This is yet another move, continuing the international momentum the company has been making to make our mark clear,” said Kempetro’s Commercial Director.
The company, which is the largest supplier of chemicals and petroleum products in China, with renowned experience in onshore and offshore exploration of crude oil and natural gas, processing, refining, distribution, transportation and marketing in various countries of the world, is in the Brazil since 2005, and was responsible, among other projects, for the construction and assembly of Petrobras’ Southeast / Northeast (Gasene) Pipeline, between Linhares (ES) and Catu (BA). It is one of the companies with great potential for investments in the oil and gas sector in the country, including participation in ANP auctions.
