KEMPETRO Engenharia met on Saturday morning (30), in the auditorium of the Wall Street Building, part of its team for the first edition of Integration. The meeting is aimed at professionals who work in some clients in Bahia and do not visit the headquarters. The goal is to provide an approach environment between the company and its employees.
At its debut, Kempetro employees who work at Dow Química, Monsanto, Deten, Oxiteno, Braskem and other customers were present. Like Director-General David Azevedo, who, in his speech, reaffirmed the importance of having an integrated team. “The biggest asset of the company is the employees, the largest collection we have is the people,” he says.
Operations Director Pablo Gonzalez, SGI Manager Leonardo Silveira, Engineering / Innovation Integrated Systems Manager Thiago Peres, and contract managers and representatives from all sectors of the company also attended the meeting and made up the board. of presentation of Integration.
On the occasion, the workshop “How to improve your quality of life by increasing productivity through self-awareness” was also held, and a dynamics of integration, specially planned for the moment, with the Productivity Coach focused on Professional Achievement, Eleine Passos. “We need to climb one more step every day, to be in constant development, whatever its function. We need to live the journey and enjoy it, ”advises Coach.
Team collaborators Kempetro Nadjara Meireles and Grazziela Gomes did not hide their satisfaction in attending the event. For Grazziela, who has worked at the client’s headquarters since the beginning of his contract, the event was an opportunity to meet the company, other colleagues and the directors. “I hope there is more in other years, that more colleagues can come and that we develop even more skills,” he added.
“I found the event super interesting not only for gathering colleagues and talking about the company. But also speaking of me, ours, the difficulties and challenges. The meeting allowed us to understand that in everyday life we go through various situations and we need to breathe and make our journey lighter, ”said Nadjara.
Hopeful and thrilled, Integration creator and contract manager Telma Carvalho believes in the event’s potential as a transformative agent for the team and says the goal is to grow the group for future editions.
