Kempetro’s Human Resources Department accompanies the trends and seeks best practices

Kempetro grew and, every day, expands its operations throughout Brazil. We are a large team working together and our main link responsible for maintaining this integration in harmony is the Human Resources Department. Recently, looking for best practices and positive results for the company and its employees, the work of HR has been expanded.

“The company has modernized, has many branches, and it is necessary to keep up with contemporary trends, such as teleworking. We are creating an updated HR structure adapted to this new context. HR’s performance ensures a solid policy, satisfied and motivated employees, a harmonious environment and greater productivity, which generates gains for employees, customers and the company ”, explained the psychologist and Permanent HR Advisor, Norma Fontes. In addition to her, the also psychologist and HR Assistant, Claudiana Melo Torres, is another key employee in the department. To fulfill the duties of the sector, they have the support of representatives in all Kempetro offices and projects.

And there are many activities developed. Directly linked to the Presidency, the Human Resources area is responsible for conducting organizational climate surveys, performance analyzes, training and personal development programs, worker health (in partnership with the Integrated Management System), coordination of communication activities institutional and corporate and, most traditionally, through the selection and recruitment of professionals to work in all areas. “We have a strategic role. Together with managers, we analyze curricula for both operational and management and leadership positions, ”said Norma.

June 3 is dedicated to Human Resources professionals. The area is wide and allows the performance of people with the most diverse qualifications, such as psychologists, administrators and other specialists in the area of ​​People Management. Here at Kempetro, the expectation is that the team will grow and be more and more on the side of employees, developing new projects and offering all the necessary support so that they are able to perform their roles in a healthy and harmonious environment.
