KEMPETRO Expands Revenue and Bets on More Growth in 2019

Kempetro Engenharia held a meeting with employees last Thursday (20), in the auditorium of Corporate Wall Street, where is located its headquarters in Salvador-BA. At the opportunity, the directors presented the results of the company, whose revenue jumped to $ 108 million in the year, and pointed more optimism to 2019. Employees also attended a celebration event.

“Everyone’s determination makes me believe that we will take another leap forward in this new year, which will be important for us to consolidate ourselves among the largest engineering companies in the country,” said CEO David Azevedo. He highlighted Kempetro’s human capital as the company’s biggest asset and said he believed in the team very much. “We can do much more with an increasingly integrated environment,” he emphasized.

Davi Azevedo reinforced the company’s strategic guidelines, acting in an integrated manner; pursuit of best quality, health, safety and environmental practices; representativeness; brand strengthening; intensification of competitive differentials; customer satisfaction and anticipation of their needs; and acting synergistically, harmoniously and based on ethical principles. He mentioned among the achievements the expansion of the market, the increase in revenue, the performance of the Commercial Board, the creation of Engineering / Innovation Systems Management, greater representativeness of the company and greater brand visibility.

Advice – Director Carlos Gonzalez stressed that innovation is a “state of mind” and that it will be fundamental for the company to continue growing. “The work has been fantastic. We now have to think further, where we are going and what next steps to take, ”he said. He announced the creation, soon, of the Advisory Board, made up of partners and people outside the company who understand the market and can contribute, pointing out perspectives, trends and the best decisions.

Prospecting – The strengthening of the company’s image and recognition in the market were highlighted by the Commercial Director, Hélvio Mesquita. “Kempetro draws attention to its upward trajectory, even amid the difficult economic scenario of recent years,” he said. He also spoke of the prospecting work and achievements made with the expansion of the client portfolio and showed optimism about the future of the company.

For Operations Director Pablo Gonzalez, Kempetro is now at another level. “And we will move further ahead of the prospects we have for 2019,” he said. He focused his speech on the need to invest more and more in modernization and innovation, a theme whose importance was ratified by the Engineering / Innovation Systems manager, Thiago Peres.
