Kempetro Engenharia has just gone through the process of expanding the scope of the ISO 9001: 2015 certification (Quality Management) in order to also include Technical Support services. From now on, the scope of certification is:
Industrial engineering services for conceptual, basic and multidisciplinary executive projects (civil, electrical, instrumentation, mechanics, process, piping, modeling and automation), consultative engineering, project management and technical support for onshore / offshore engineering activities, cost / budget , administrative, financial / accounting / tax, supply / expediting, planning, maintenance, QSSMA and inspection / management.
The ISO 9001: 2015 standard defines the requirements to guarantee quality standards in order to seek customer satisfaction and the continuous improvement of companies’ performance. This certification is an offshoot of the restructuring process implemented in Kempetro’s organizational structure. Achieving this certification demonstrates Kempetro’s commitment to the effectiveness of the Integrated Management System and, consequently, to meeting the requirements and the search for excellence in providing services to customers.
Currently, Kempetro has ISO 9001: 2015 (Quality), ISO 14001: 2015 (Environment) and OHSAS 18001: 2007 (Health and Safety) certifications, duly aligned with its mission, vision and values.
The Coordinator of the Integrated Management System (SGI), Márcio Macedo Costa, pointed out that this is the result of serious work that the company and all its employees have been doing over the years. “The certifications represent recognition of our work and expand Kempetro’s credibility with the market. The SGI is the sector responsible for interpreting the requirements of the standards and implementing them internally, managing this process. However, this result is the result of everyone’s work, dedication and seriousness ”, commented Márcio Costa.
